The infrared heat in the sauna blanket creates a warm and relaxing heat to gently raise the body’s core. This method uses the body’s own system to detox by sweating through the skin. This method will allow you to safely burn up to 600 Calories per 45 -60 min. sessions.

**Deposit**
When booking a treatment, service, or package a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required. The received deposit goes towards whichever service you’ve booked, and the remaining balance will be due the day of the appointment.
**Cancellation Policy**
48-hour notice is required to reschedule appointments. Cancellations made 24 hours before the booked appointment will require a new deposit, which must be sent to confirm your new appointment.
**Rescheduling**
Customers who have purchased multiple sessions, and do not reschedule within 24 hours will loose that session and cannot make up their missed session to make up a missed session a second time after not rescheduling within 48 hours you will be charged for that session if you do not want to lose it.
Customers can only reschedule once if you will reschedule a 2nd time a new deposit is required.
**No Call no Show**
No call no show will only be allowed to reschedule once full-service payment is received.
Customers who purchased multiple sessions and are a no call no show for any given reason sessions will not be able to continue unless full payment is received for the rate of the 1 session that was missed.
**Late Policy**
Please arrive on time. Being considerate of others privacy, if late 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled. To reschedule, you must send a new deposit to confirm a new appointment. Bundle clients will miss that session and won’t be able to rebook without paying for the missed single session in full. Avoid arriving earlier than 10 minutes to your scheduled appointment

Due to client privacy, no guests, kids or pets are allowed.
