Returns
There are no cash returns. All returns will be STORE CREDIT only.
Exchanges
Only items that have been purchased from this website or a Onyx Beauty Lounge,LLC party can be exchanged according to our policy.
If you are returning a product for an exchange that you are not satisfied with you must have product that was sent to you. We will not accept any items that has been:
Altered in any condition than new and unused.
Please contact our office within 3 Business Days once you have received your product at customerservice@onyxbeautylounge.com request a return form.
Once you have contacted customer service and have received your RA number you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product(s) (see exceptions*)
Any opened Fragrance & Beauty Products: FINAL SALE, NO returns will be accepted.
The item returned must be in original manufacturer condition with all tags and packaging, otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred.
Order Status
For your convenience, we strive to great customer service. To inquire about your order status, please email customerservice@onyxbeautylounge.com. You should receive an email confirmation after placing your order confirming we received it.
Modify/Change Order
You may request a change to your order if the request is made by 10 AM CST the next Business Day. If the request is made after this time frame, and you’re changing the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original ordered item. Promptly email us with the exact changes to your order with included order number to info@onyxbeautylounge.com.
The item returned must be in original manufacturer condition with all tags and packaging, otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred.
Backorders
In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.
Tracking Number
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information.
Cancellation
All order cancellations must be requested before 10 AM CST of the next Business Day, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 20% will apply. To request an order cancellation, please email us at info@onyxbeautylounge.com
Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock different accessories, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect

If you do not have these items then there will be a 50% restocking fee. We will not accept any items that has been Altered. Customer assumes the full cost of the product in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our excellent prices, we charge a 20% cancellation fee.
*If you have received a defective product(s) you must notify our customer service department immediately. Once having contacted us we will have you ship back the product at our expense. Once the product arrives at our facility we will start the inspection. Your request may take up to 2 to 3 Business Days, if found that the product is defective you will be reimbursed the total amount back via your payment method. If item is not defective, there’s a $10.95 handling fee plus shipping.(see exceptions)
*If you have received any wrong product(s) we are happy to introduce our Correction Response Policy. This policy is to better serve you in the event that we have sent you a wrong item(s) we will ship out the correct item(s) within 1-2 Business Days and a return label. Please note that if you do not ship the incorrect items within 3 Business Days you will be charged the full amount of all product(s). (*see exceptions)
**If you are exchanging a product that YOU are not satisfied with, YOU will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

Orders placed after 1pm CST will be processed on the next business day. It usually takes 2-3 Business Days to process orders before shipping. If item is on hand, item will be shipped the same day order is placed if placed before 1pm that day.
