\nAlthough we stock different accessories, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect<\/p>\n\u00a0Returns<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Only items that have been purchased from this website or a Onyx Beauty Lounge,LLC<\/i><\/b><\/span>\u00a0party can be\u00a0exchanged according to our policy.<\/p>\n\u00a0If you are returning a product for an exchange that you are not satisfied with you must have all tags and the original packaging that was sent to you. If you do not have these items then there will be a 50% restocking fee. We will not accept any items that has been Altered. Customer assumes the full cost of the product in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our excellent prices, we charge a 20% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n
*If you have received a defective product(s) you must notify our customer service department immediately. Once having contacted us we will have you ship back the product at our expense. Once the product arrives at our facility we will start the inspection. Your request may take up to 2 to 3 Business Days, if found that the product is defective you will be reimbursed the total amount back via your payment method.
